We had a fun filled and thrilling FHE lesson on recycling tonight. Afterwards we all ate cake and recycled our bowls. Highlands Ranch is switching to a new garbage and recycling system in a couple of months and we're embracing the change.
Janese and I are making cookies. Megan is begging more for the cookie dough than for the cookies. I love cookie dough too. Yum!
Hanging out with friends playing games. Since I'm positive and happy Shane in 2010 I will say I like playing tons of games. I do like playing but only so much.
I'm using the Wii Fit to work out today. It's a ton of fun and with all of the kids gone today I have no competition. Normally the second I'm on a kid puts 30 minutes on the timer so they can get on next. With 8 kids in the house we live and die by the 30 minute Wii timer.
Megan and her friend Amaya were playing around on the computer and came up with the lyrics to their song. It's amazing what kids can do this day and age. When I was ten I didn't know what a computer was and I was too busy stirring cow poo with sticks to even care.
We had a lot of fun with the family in town over Thanksgiving 2009. One thing we did to pass the time was play the makeup game.
